Safer Internet Day 2021 takes place on Tuesday 9 February, with events taking place across the globe as part of the “Together for a better internet” theme.
Safer Internet Day calls upon all stakeholders to join together to make the internet a safer and better place for all, and especially for children and young people.
It was started in 2014 with the goal of making the internet a safe place for all users. Since it’s inception, the internet has become an indispensable part of everyday life – for families, government bodies, small businesses and large corporations.
